Dear Parents and Carers
I believe that the best way to get an understanding of what our school is about is to visit us. For example, when we were inspected by Ofsted in 2016 they described St Mary's as "a pupil-centred, harmonious, equitable haven for learning". If you visit us, you will understand why they described the school in this way. You will see and feel a business-like atmosphere where pupil conduct is orderly and yet you will see proud and happy pupils who enjoy being in school. We work hard to maintain these high standards which contribute so much to supporting good academic progress in pupils.
We invite all families regardless of faith. Information connected to admissions can be found on this page of our website. Parents and their children are welcome to visit St Mary's any time to see what the school is like on a normal day. We invite you to book a place for this if you want to come and see what school is like.
Please Note: Any comments on the proposals should be sent to the Chair of Governors, at the school address, and to the Archdiocese of Liverpool.
