Site Supervisor - Afternoon/Evening Shift
Permanent 37 per week, full year, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Grade 5 pts 6 to 11, Salary £21,968 to £24,054
Afternoon shift. 12noon to 8.00pm
The school is seeking to appoint a well-motivated, committed and hardworking Site Supervisor to complement the team. The successful applicant will react to maintenance issues, set up for school events and contribute to the smooth running of the school to help create and effectively maintain a safe and clean working environment for our staff and children.
The successful candidate must be able to lead a team of cleaners, work in tandem with the other Site Supervisor and be able to identify and prioritise workload. As and when required be available to cover the other shift pattern, including early mornings. The hours are flexible, so that evening events may be covered. The successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills, expect a high standard of cleaning and be competent with health & safety, an understanding of Lancashire County Council’s premise management requirements, and infection control.
Some driving of school transport is also required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Full Driving License
Desirable Qualifications:-
- NVQ level 2 in Caretaking or equivalent
- Category D1 Driver’s License
- MIDAS
- First Aid Certificate
