Throughout next week (13-17th November), we will be supporting 'National Anti-Bullying week'.
This year's theme is 'Make A Noise About Bullying'.
Mr Walsh will lead Year 7-11 assemblies throughout the week, with everyone in our school community being actively encouraged to take part in 'Odd Socks Day' on Friday 17th November. This is to show solidarity to anyone in our own school or wider community who have, or continue to be affected by bullying.
Pupils will also be given the opportunity to fill in a pupil questionnaire too, to hopefully continue to try and address some of the issues associated with bullying.
St Mary's stance has always been very clear when discussing or dealing with Bullying; we unfortunately acknowledge that some pupils may experience bullying in school however, we have and will always continue to have a zero tolerance approach to all forms of bullying.
