During the autumn term, like many schools, many papers were remarked and upgraded. A large number of these upgrades have not yet been counted into the DfE figures.
There are examples of individual success at GCSE.
- 12 pupils achieved at least 1 grade 9. There were 28 grade 9’s achieved.
- 19 pupils achieved at least 1 grade 8. There were 37 grade 8’s achieved.
- 28 pupils achieved at least 1 grade 7. There were 74 grade 7’s achieved.
- Examples of subject success at 9-7 (A*-A)
- English achieved 21%
- French achieved 39%
- RE achieved 19% with 6 pupils achieving a grade 9.
- Nine pupils studied in a maths enrichment class Additional Maths (A-Level), 2 of these pupils achieved a grade A, 2 a grade B and 2 a grade C. A remarkable achievement on top of their 10 other GCSE examinations, and the 1 hour a week enrichment available to them.
