The Lancashire Immunisation Team are due to visit school on Friday 6th March 2026 from 9am to administer Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio (Td/IPV) & Meningitis ACWY Immunisations to Year 9 pupils.  

 

Most children have been immunised against Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio and Meningitis C as part of the childhood UK schedule. It is recommended that your child now receives a booster dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio and Meningitis ACWY. 

Please complete the form to CONSENT or REFUSE the vaccinations by following the link below, which will close at midnight on Sunday 25th January 2026.
