End of School Letter 2024

New date for Y8 HPV Vaccinations

Due to the GCSE exams we have taken the decision to postpone the Y8 HPV vaccinations. These will now take place on Thursday 27th June 2024.

Catholic School Inspection Outcome

We are delighted to announce that following our recent Catholic School Inspection, St Mary’s continues to be a ‘Good’ school. This judgement was reached after a 2-day inspection on 13 & 14 March.

End of Term - Easter holidays

Catholic Schools Inspection

We have been informed that St Mary’s is due to have an inspection undertaken by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 March 2024.

Y8 HPV Vaccination

The Lancashire Immunisation team are due to visit school on Wednesday 22nd May to administer the HPV vaccination to all Year 8 pupils.

Friday 8th March 2024 - Non uniform day. Easter chocolate/egg donations.
